Established in 2016 by Jeff & Heather Manor, Little Bite of Everything (LBOE as dubbed by customers) was bootstrapped using personal savings & 401Ks, with the dream of bringing really good food & exceptional customer service to their small town. The unique southern menu that LBOE boosts was developed personally by Jeff & Heather, using family recipes as well as new creations imagined in their own family kitchen.

Now, with 2 college kids, LBOE continues to thrive as a small family business with all family members involved in the day to day operations of LBOE (when the kids are home for the summer that is!); in addition to their invaluable staff.

LBOE’s first location originated in an old building, rich in history, converted from an art gallery to a 36 seat restaurant. However, in the spring of 2021, because of immense popularity, the beloved restaurant was moved just down the road on to South Main Street in Historic Downtown Dickson to a bigger location housing more seats & a larger kitchen.
